Definitions:
“the Editor” is Valerie Rodgers trading as Val Rodgers
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
All contracts and transactions between the Editor and the Client whether made orally or in writing are subject to these terms and conditions which shall be deemed to be incorporated into any contract between the Editor and all or any of its Clients.
Website:
The content and images used on this website are the property of and copyright by Val Rodgers. Certain images may be utilized on other websites under the control of the Editor. No images or content may be copied, duplicated or otherwise taken from the website without express written permission from Val Rodgers and/or the creator of the work.
Payment Terms:
a. Payments made by The Client for all services provided by The Editor should be paid as agreed upon.
b. The Editor reserves the right to modify outlined rates for services offered depending on the labor and time commitment involved.
c. The Client has the right to decline the modified prices and therefore cancel the service and agreement.
d. Refunds are available for payments processed to The Editor.
Permission to Modify:
Client guarantees permission and authorization to modify each photo they transmit to the Editor.
Booking:
Editor may assign, reassign or postpone a date or time for services regardless of original expectations.
Conduct:
The Editor reserves the right to terminate any assignment without notice.
Delivery of Products and Services:
The supply of products and services are provided by the Editor on a best endeavors basis. The Editor will not be liable for delays that are beyond their reasonable control. The Editor shall use reasonable endeavors to meet agreed deadlines where applicable. The Editor shall not be liable for any delays in meeting any of their obligations which were due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to; postage/courier/lab delays, war/acts of terrorism, riots, government legislation, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, floods, fire, loss or damage in transit etc.

a. All prices shown within the Editor's schedule and rates page are subject to change without prior notice.
b. The Editor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Copyright:
Any unpaid projects, either by dissatisfaction or ghosting, may or may not be used in future promotion, web, social media, or portfolio purposes without notice.
The above conditions and terms constitute the full conditions and terms of any work agreement made between you (client) and Val Rodgers (the Editor) or person(s) working in association with this website and on behalf of Val Rodgers. By initiating services with Val Rodgers, you agree to these terms, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Val Rodgers, their agents and the heirs or assigns.
