Q: How can I make a payment?

Q: How long will my edit take?
A: Your project should be completed by 11:00 PM PST on the date scheduled during submission. I do not work on weekends or major holidays unless Priority Service for expedited service is selected.
Q: Can my project be completed sooner?

A: Yes. Please reach out so we can discuss your needs. Your privacy is very important to me.
Q: What if I decide I want a refund?
A: I always want my clients to be happy! Please let me know if you would like a refund within 48 hours of your project’s completion. For more info, see: Refunds
Q: Why haven't I gotten my edit back?
A: My emails to clients frequently go to spam (so please double check there!)
