A: Your edit will be completed by 11:30PM PST on the day your project is scheduled for, unless discussed otherwise. I’m usually scheduling new projects 1-2 business days out from when I receive them. I do not work on weekends or major holidays.
Q: Can my project be completed sooner?
A: If your request is more urgent I recommend selecting the Priority option while scheduling your project to ensure it's returned in less than 24 hours.
Q: Will you work on sensitive or post mortem photos?
A: Yes. Please reach out so we can discuss your needs. Your privacy is very important to me.
Q: What if I decide I want a refund?
A: I always want my clients to be happy, please let me know if you would like a refund. Refund requests are so rare that I do not mind having such a relaxed refund policy. For more info, see: Refunds
Q: Why haven't I gotten my edit back?
A: My emails to clients frequently go into their spam boxes (so please double check there!) Also note, I typically work from 5pm - 11:30pm PST daily, so unless the day has passed that I scheduled your project for, I’m likely still working on your images.
