A: Yes. Please reach out so we can discuss your needs. Your privacy is very important to me.
Q: What if I decide I want a refund?
A: I always want my clients to be happy! Please let me know if you would like a refund within 48 hours of your project’s completion. For more info, see: Refunds
Q: Why haven't I gotten my edit back?
A: My emails to clients frequently go to spam (so please double check there!)
Also note, I typically work from 5pm - 11:30pm PST and send projects back late into the evening within 2-4 business days of submission, unless Priority Service was chosen.
